Winter Learning Journey - Rank the Uniforms

 2012 NZ Olympic Uniform. #1

 2008 NZ Olympic Uniform. #3

 2004 NZ Olympic.  #2

Today I was given a challenge to ranks these NZ Team Olympic uniform in order from 1 to 3.
Today I had to rank these NZ Team Olympic Uniform in order from 1 to 3. To first rank #1. The reason why choose that first because of the style and look. 2nd  the reason why choose it to be #2 because it was matching and it had to sliver fern to represent New Zealand. #3 the reason why I choose it last because it looked like it was too ugly (no offence) but it had to have the silver fern to represent New Zealand.

Hi Jane
I think I would have to agree with you because the number three one is ugly, the number two is okay but it's missing something and the number 1 is maybe more comfortable. You should go leave a comment on my Winter Holiday Learning http://pbsmiat.blogspot.co.nz/

Great Work

Hi Jane (and Mia),

I definitely agree with your ranking of the uniforms. I must admit that I also find the 2008 uniform to be pretty unattractive. I think that the fern is just too big and a bit gaudy looking. The other two uniforms are definitely more attractive. Speaking of uniforms, have you had the chance to see the uniforms for the Olympic games this year in Rio? They hadn't been released when I made up this programme but they have been now and they've generated a lot of discussion. Here is a link to a picture of them -http://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/olympics/81601368/New-Zealand-Olympic-team-uniforms-unveiled-for-Rio-Olympic-Games.

What do you think of the new uniforms? I'd love to hear your opinion...

Cheers,
Rachel

Hi Jane
I have just read through your Winter Learning Journey posts. I can see from the information you are including in your responses that you are trying hard to think deeply about the questions. Saying why you think the way you do is a fabulous skill to master. Remember to read back over your responses to make sure you have checked your spelling and punctuation. Keep working hard.

Hi Jane, I really like how you put a lot of information into your ranking uniforms. I liked how you ranked it 1-3. I would rather stick with your ranking uniforms.
Keep the great work up!!
