Remaining safe around water

Why do we have to be safe around water?

Because some people don’t know how to swim. When you’re in trouble you can always raise your hand above your head and yell out for help.

How might you get into trouble in the water?

Your can get into trouble around water by swimming alone. You can also get into trouble not realising how depth the water is and how the water behave. For example; You might not realise how fast the water is running.

This is my DLO about water safety. We have to write about how we can be safe and what not to do in the water. We had to write a paragraph about the information that we wrote in the thinking grid.

This week I had collaborated with my sister Jane. I have got some feedback from my teacher and telling Jane and I some advise about what to do next. This was an interesting task because Jane and I have worked quite well.
