Run, Jump, Throw - Andi


For Run, Jump Throw, we focused on long jump. We learned about having to jump off 1, land on two. We also learned to have bent arms and bent leg when we jump. We had a game were we have to get into four groups and see how much we can jump.

This was another great learning opportunity Jane. Did you notice the difference between the standing jump with your arms behind your back and the jump with the run up where you swing your arms? I certainly did!
